His Life principles steamed from being passionate to serve others and to be eco for those who need support in fulfilling their dreams. Inspired by purpose driven & sense opportunities to accomplish his callings. He was born and raised in Addis Ababa.

He earned his M.SC. Degree in Marketing Management from Addis Ababa University, B.A Degree in Public Administration and Development Management (AAU), B.A Degree in Accounting and Finance (BDU) and Personnel Management Diploma in regular program 1995-1996 (from Former AACC) which is now Addis Ababa University  School of Commerce. On the other hand, he attended different Short Term Trainings i.e. International Training on Entrepreneurship, Advanced Business Development Service, Project Planning and Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, quality service, quality audit, Non Life Insurance and other business related short term trainings.

He is now a Business Consultant & CEO of legally registered company Since June 2015 focusing on Economic development, business and Investment, Marketing and Promotion Service for new Products, technology, services and organizes selective innovative business events and exhibitions, Engages in providing Professional Man power supply, Recruitment and selection in any types, levels of position and Handling Employer/Employee Labour relation (based on Ethiopian Labour Law) inclusive of HR outsourcing Services.

He also served as Social Entrepreneur. He conducted talk show on an event called “Winning Journey” towards Entrepreneurship, Technology Transfer, Innovation and Intraprenurship”. It’s platform created for young students and innovators to share experience from well known business owners, innovators & entrepreneurs. He was working as Business Consultant/Senior Business Adviser from February 2013 to 2016 in Entrepreneurship Development Center in Ethiopia which is one of developmental program of the country.  Intensively involved in business diagnostics nearly 294 small and medium size diversified business consulting services in five regions of Ethiopia i.e. Addis Ababa, Oromia, Amhara, South and Tigray region and delivered the services with professionalism and Integrity. He assisted all business owners and share holders by taking health check and helped them to focus on the bigger picture-of their business goals, objectives and vision. Coach new advisers, led Mentorship Program for newly entry Business Advisors and able to organize the first State Entrepreneurship Development Centre “Business Talk Show” with his colleagues which focused on business experience sharing among Entrepreneurs and open up a platform for Entrepreneurs’ in different levels.

He was proud servant of the both public and private diversified sectors from July 1997 up to January 2013. He was working in the areas of Administration and Finance Head, as acting General service manager, Administration and Personnel and Training Head in diversified sectors i.e. in Class one Construction Companies, Class one consulting company, Foreign Textile Manufacturing Company and federal and regional government office.

As Voluntary activities, he was one of the organizers of the first successful Panel Discussion organized by the student of his batch in A.A.U-Public Adm. & Development Mgt Department with title “The role of Public Administrator and Development Managers in the Development of Ethiopian Economy”
